The inspiration behind the name

This mindfulness verse by Zen Master, poet and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh inspired our name – Walking on Earth. It serves as our daily reminder that the simplest actions in life, like walking, require complex processes in the brain and body, and should not be taken for granted. He taught us that the greatest success in life is to be present and to experience the joy in living. To walk in such a way you will become fully alive. We strive to live by that mantra every day. To make every step we walk on this earth a miracle.

We sweep stress aside with ‘busyness’, flooding our lives with distractions, overworking and poor diets.

That’s why we’re creating a beautiful world of holistic health where you can feel the difference with the best practitioners, the latest research and ancient practices.
